Requested service through warranty company for Air Conditioning. Called three times (they have a…read morevacation message on their phone) and no response. They informed warranty company they would get initial AC service 72 hours after call. In the heat. And of course then they will have to get the part! This company (if you call it a company when it seems to be one person) is so unresponsive that NO ONE SHOULD CONSIDER USING THEM.
