Ms. Cauley ask my friend "Emergency Contact" "If she was sure she wanted to sign up for that program"! In addition, my daughter has been bullied at this school and on the bus and Ms. Cauley informed me she didn't like to "Label kids as bullies". So I ask her what name she would like to use? I call an Ace an Ace and a Spade a Spade. Nothing has been done about any of the bullyings including one incident by a substitute teacher which I was told was going to be investigated. I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism, morals, value's and standards I have been shown thus far by Mrs. Cauley and I am not disappointed to see her leave. Hopefully, her replacement will be much less pompous and arrogant! I don't think this is a protocol to check parents emergency contacts. In my opinion, Mrs. Cauley should dress more professional, try to be less insecure and keep her nose out of people's personal business! The message Mrs.Cauley sends to our young girls is "Don't bother reporting any incidents of being Bullied and/or Racial slurs, as nothing will ever be done about it anyway." You are supposed to be a role model to our children. Our children should not be afraid to go to you for anything. Shame on you Mrs. Cauley!
