I loved that it wasn't overly aggressive as some can be but also not a pointlessly soft touch. It included some very effective acupressure as well. The amount of pressure was perfect! I came here as a birthday gift, and it was disappointing. The actual massage was kind of painful. I feel like they focused only on certain parts of the body and did not feel like it was a full body massage experience. I wanted to feel relaxed and I felt the total opposite. I have been to other places and was satisfied with their services but did not feel like that when I left this place. The cherry on top was their disgusted faces when they saw their tip. (Which we did NOT want to tip in the first place because it was not the greatest experience). They insisted for us to tip and I have never felt so awful for doing so. So with the pop ups of massages places everywhere, comparing this place to Greenleaf Massage is not easy.. This is a smaller place and the massage people aren't as skilled as it seems. I have only came twice so I can only base off both times.. The customer service is excellent though and they are so friendly. The first time I came, I got a food massage for $20 for 60 minutes.. Second time I came I got foot massage with detox-they give you your massage while you place your feet in water in a detoxifier... When you are done, you can see the once clear water, filled greases and toxins from your body, actually pretty cool, and I must admit, I felt lighter. I will come back for that at least. My girlfriend and I wanted to try this place out we called at 910pm and the lady said it will be 30 dollars for a 1 hour combination massage. So we get there 5 min later and when we ask for the massage she says can we get a 30 minute Massage because we close at 10. However we told them we wanted a one hour just like we said on the phone and then she agreed even though she started to give us dirty looks. The massage wasn't that great the foot part was good but the body wasn't. We tipped them five dollars each Because we did not like their customer service. The same lady started saying can you give us more because we are going over store hours. I explained that we always tip five especially when customer service is not good. I purchased a Groupon for an hour foot and body massage; the massage started with me laying a table that was rather short (stopped at my knees) and with my feet soaking in a tub of lukewarm water in a rather uncomfortable position for the first half of the massage. I only had a shower towel to cover up with so no matter how I spun it, it was not enough to cover me comfortably. The massage itself was literally just pressing on me and rubbing...my boyfriend could have done that. The woman kept leaving the room and I never heard the door close; I only hope she actually closed it because I could hear other people in the next room. As if that wasn't awkward enough, she patted my back and said, "I'm finished" then stood by the counter as I walked out and the reception insisted I tip her. That was really awkward with both of them staring me down...not professional in my opinion. read more

The lady was rude in the front and because we didnt pay cash and uses the vouchers our massage and experience was crappy. They rushed us out and we over heard the same lady turn another girl who came in with a group on coupon saying she needed an appointment and they didnt have room for her but if she paid a extra 20 they can give her a room. I have been to this place once and I had such a wonderful experience here. Everything you are looking for can be found here: customer service, atmosphere, techniques, and all comes with a great price. It can be tough to find everything in one place but I think I have found it for myself. I recommend Kelly because she really knows what she is doing. Not only does she know what to do, Kelly is also excellent in making your experience as relaxing as possible. She doesn't try to force small talks (we all know how awkward that can be). Honestly NOT a fan. Paid $30 per person for a 1 hour massage with hot stones. I ended up with a 10 minute massage on my back and a 50 min massage on my feet and legs. I had a male, he started on my forehead which I thought was weird enough BUT his hands reeked of cigarette smoke. I have a sensitive nose and this really bothered me throughout. My massage was not personalized, I came in with a lot of knots from athletic injuries and did not find relief here. This place was great if you just want to be lotioned by soft hands but if you're in need of a real massage. Steer clear of this place. read more

I came in here with major pain from arthritis because the weather has been changing. After the massage I feel so much better I can stand it. The lady I had was wonderful . The massage go great. I would do is have them wrap the pillow better when you put your head down because I got a little hard. I definitely will be coming back. If you use Groupon after the first time you can get the Groupon price without buying the Groupon. When they said a hour massage, it is a hour massage. I wrote a review 6/18 about the wonderful service I had here. At that time I scheduled an appointment for 8/4/19 at 2:00. Upon arriving today I was met by a very rude woman. I told her I had a 2:00 massage appointment. She looked at the wall (there was no clock on the wall, only artwork​) then told me that they didn't have anything written down for me...in other words, no appointment for me. I told her I made the appointment in June. She said I could wait if I wanted. I asked how long, she responded 30 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? She never even bothered to look at the schedule on the desk. I was ready to make this a regular massage location because it's near my church. NOPE!!! They will arch the Groupon pricing at the front desk, so you can earn the points towards a foot massage. I go in barely able to move my shoulders due to knots, and each time I leave I feel like 10 pounds has been lifted off of my back. Everything is clean and well sanitized. I paid for a 1hr massage think it was $65 bucks I forgot but wish I would've started keeping track of time because they left me laying there for the first 20 mins or so i almost got up and left. When the lady finally came she did a good job I can't complain but I think she got tired and subbed in a guy felt a bit awkward and being the pushover that I am I didn't speak up but she came back in and saved me. Outstanding massage. After a week of half marathon, a 5k, volleyball and life! their massage body and foot massage combo definitely helped the recovery process. I dislike getting bone massages! My bones dont hurt, my muscles do. Queenie is great, got into the muscle tissue, going around the spine, back, shoulder bones etc. David massaged my girlfriend whom indicated the same. I was very angry after leaving this place because of the poor massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage for 1 hr which was $40 for me and my spouse. The place looks so plain and simple but I didn't want to judge the place by its looks so I went and gave it a try. I was greatly disappointed with the massage and so was my husband. The have a sign that says tip must be $10 on body massages...Are you serious! They can't tell me how much the tip has to be & basically you have to do it. I was angry, I had not seen that sign but no one should force anyone to pay a tip they didin't even deserve it. They should just put on their signs that massages are $50 not $40 that way they don't worry about people tipping them. I didn't want to tip but my spouse didn't want to argue about it so we just tipped and took off but I will certainly not be back. Also they bearly spoke English. read more

I've been coming here for about 3 months every 2 to 3 weeks. Each visit has been the best massage I have ever received. My girlfriend and I have had various staff members perform our massages and each time we are greeted with professionals who know what they are doing. The only negative I can think of is that the accent is a little thick and it can be difficult to understand what they are asking, but since they are patient and try to slow it down so we can understand better and it's impact on the massage is minimal I wouldn't really count it against them. read more

Been there in the past and they are the BEST at their talents. I have had massages all over the US and nobody beats these amazing people. We took our 8 year old daughter today and they made her feel so comfortable and safe (which for a child can be hard when it is something new). My husband and I and now daughter do the Combo + Body Detox and the feeling of positive energy and health when you leave is AMAZING!!! Plus with my Chemo medication I have to be so careful with germs. Whittier Massage is IMMACULATE! I have never been to such a clean business in all of Whittier. My cousin and I needed a massage and since we are local to whittier we thought let's look for something local , we found this spot ! Place is super outdated compared to other places that we have gone to but whatever! Off the back I thought it was funny that my cousin paid 60.00 with a 100.00 bill and they gave her two 20.00s for change !!! Why not give her singles ? Massage was good I would have def gone back since it's near my home ! I paid 60.00 for a 2 hour massage we started at 4:45 and ended at 6:20 ummmm that's less than two hours ...not only that we spent time changing rooms lol what bothered me the most is that my cousin tipped the girl 10.00 and the lady In the front desk said "only 10 dollars for two hours" wow I couldn't believe it ! I had 10.00 cash so I handed my guy the 10.00 and he straight out counted it in front of me while talking in his language !!! Totally disrespectful!!!
