The staff were really friendly and more than happy to make the tea the way I like it. The owner was also very chatty - more than happy to take some time off for a bit of a talk. Okay, it wasn't hugely busy at the time, but it was still a pretty nice place to sit and relax. There was a small selection of cakes and rolls, and he also had the types of tea that I particularly like. Certainly a place to come and visit again if I happen to be up around Whittlesea. They even has a small outdoor area, but that is generally reserved for the smokers (though I'm sure they wouldn't object too loudly if a non-smoker went out there). There is also a pretty decent selection of cakes. Mind you, being on the other side of the shopping centre from where I usually wander means that I am unlikely to come here as often as I would like, but it is a nice place anyway.
