Keith and Jill Forrester are two of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. A couple in their early twenties, they have dedicated themselves to providing almost-organic local produce to people in and around Memphis. Amazingly, wonderfully, perfectly, they offer a box scheme. This is a program (popular in England) in which a local farm delivers a box of produce to you once a week for a month, two months, whatever, during the growing season. You don't really get to choose what's in the box- it's whatever happens to be thriving that week- which makes it all the more entertaining!
