These guys are fabulous. I had them frame a Mayan weaving, 47" by 36," and it is spectacular. Brad, the framer, has a great eye for frame color, layout, and all the things we don't know about that can make the difference in a frame job. For example, the weaving had a 2-inch band down the middle that was thicker than the rest of the cloth. Brad mounted an extra piece of matboard behind the weaving, so that it would all be the same depth, and would mount firmly into the frame. And the price! They were literally ONE THIRD the price of frame shops in Prescott. And Brad and his wife are pleasant and kind. They have all my framing business. read more

I have brought two of my cross-stitch pieces here to be framed and will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful about working with you and your budget to decide what frames will really compliment your piece. I love the small atmosphere of the shop, and may I also add they were VERY understanding and patient with the fact I have to bring my toddler son with me. The prices themselves are very fair and reasonable. Being a simple woman, I did NOT want a double-mat or a gold-tinted frame, and I never felt any pressure to add any of the fancy "gimmicks" that I got at chain stores. I have been wanting to get my law school diploma framed for years now but every place I've been to has been ridiculously expensive. One of my co-workers suggested I go to Brad at Wholesale Framing Gallery. She told me how much she got hers framed for and I didn't believe her quite frankly. With a price that low, I thought surely you had to sacrifice quality or customer service. Boy was I wrong! The next day I popped in. I was greeted warmly by Brad and I showed him my diplomas and another picture I wanted framed. He took his time showing me different options of what I could do, took measurements, and just really treated me well even though I obviously was not going to be a big spender (hello public lawyer!). He gave me a quote and I honestly thought it was a mistake because I didn't go with the cheapest options. Very pleasantly surprised I paid the man and left. Brad had my frames done within a week. I went back and they were beautifully done. I got a little choked up seeing my life's academic achievements finally properly framed. I thanked Brad profusely and now I will be a customer for life! Highly recommend! Oh and I think one of the reasons the prices are so low is that he doesn't have a web page or advertise (I'm pretty sure). Thank you for telling us you do not want our business. Your business tactics leave a lot to be desired. Put a ridiculous price as retail for service then, give a discounted price, which by the way is close to some of your competitors regular pricing. You have a thin skin when a customer dares to ask about your pricing and get easily offended. You did us a favor. We went to another frame shop in town, got a price quote OVER the phone. No gimmicks, just straight talk. We took our art piece in, they were professional and we will have the piece ready in a week. We have two precious numbered prints by Western Artist Buck Taylor that we had him sign in Las Vegas at the Cowboy/Western Christmas Show.... they needed framing worthy of the prints. I did a lot of research and found Brad and Mary and liked the comments so we took them there for framing. Brad's shop is full of options relating to frames, matting and glass so we had a ball selecting our options. Almost a week later we got a call that our artwork was completed and we were blown away with the quality and detail Brad puts into his work! Both were beyond belief including mounting h/w, scuff pads and on the enclosed back he put little pockets containing the Certificates of Authenticity.... all included in a price we could hardly believe it was so low. My advice..... skip the "Big Box" alternatives and take your items to Brad.... you will not be disappointed in either quality or price.....Period!! PS....
