He explained how Arizona's heat and seasonal storms gradually break down these vulnerable areas over time, especially on older tile roofs. Their detailed and honest the inspection was quite impressive. He took photos throughout the process and walked us through every issue step by step without trying to pressure us into unnecessary work. We ended up hiring them for partial tile removal, underlayment replacement, flashing repairs, and waterproof sealing around the skylight and vent penetrations. The crew showed up exactly when scheduled each morning and worked very efficiently. They were also extremely respectful of the property. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

The undermount sink on one was off center with the vanity, the drain, the mirror and the light fixture and I was told that because the old top had been demo-ed before the measurement was done they didn't realize that the sink should have been centered with the vanity, the plumbing, the mirror and the light. ( By the way, they suggested I do the demo in advance.) There was no mention during the process that this would occur and I was not consulted about the sink position. The solution offered was a discount on a new vanity top and the installation. The company took no responsibility for the error. So i am left to either pay more or live with their error and the additional plumbing expense. Is Precision Marble a risk worth taking?

Do not let construction start until you have your approved design plans / drawings in hand and have personally inspected cabinets (and other elements) in-person prior to installation. 3. Check to insure that sub-contractors are licensed. 4. Be aware that YOU need to contact inspectors to inspect the work, Pelleco will not do that for you. 5. Safety items: Tile floors can contain cancer causing materials. You need to ensure your home is ventilated with an industrial fan during demolition. 6. A few other notes: A) Pelleco does not use a dumpster. Your home is the dumpster, until they can pick up the garbage. B) A portable outhouse will not be provided by Pelleco. C) You will have to inspect the work and notify Pelleco if something is done incorrectly or missed completely--there is very little inspection of work completed. D) Floors will not be leveled unless you specifically require that before the project begins. E. Workmanship requirements, as listed in ROC are unknown by the contractor and will not be managed to ensure a high-quality installation. F. Pelleco told me repeatedly that I expected perfection. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect the work to be done correctly. I think anyone can see, from the attached photos, that this job was far from perfect. G. Expect to be asked for payment prior to the completion of each phase and the completion of the work overall. Don't fall for this as it will leave you with little leverage to ensure your job is completed and completed correctly. Our job was not completed and warranty items were left to me to repair. Just in case the contractor responds with "changes were made". Every change was done in writing and approved prior to installation. They say a picture is worth a thousand words.
