I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so bad that other businesses deserve to be warned. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We hired this signage company to produce and install new graphics throughout our large retail sports store. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The owner lied repeatedly -- about pricing, about the timeline, and about the scope and quality of the work. What was promised and what was delivered were two completely different things. The installation crew he hired was shockingly inexperienced. They didn't even bring proper equipment and had to use our ladders. At one point, one of the installers fell because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. The times they showed up were never run past management at the stores, just showing up whenever they felt like it & leaving without a word. It was unsafe and completely unprofessional. Nearly every graphic was printed in the wrong size. Instead of simply reprinting one incorrectly sized graphic, they removed one of our store's metal frames, took it back to their shop, and actually CUT THE FRAME to make the incorrect print fit. When they reinstalled it, the damage was obvious -- especially since there was an identical frame right next to it that showed the original size. You could literally see the cut lines. When we confronted him, he denied it and tried to gaslight us. The vinyl installation quality was equally unacceptable. Graphics were bubbling everywhere, several were installed in the wrong locations, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. To make matters worse, they never completed the job. Less than half of the requested graphics were installed. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors we have ever worked with. Between the dishonesty, poor workmanship, unsafe installation, and failure to complete the project, we absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

They started off great, went in today to pick up 1000 stickers and 4- 2'x2' circle stickers for the side of my trailer. Andrew the computer guy does know his stuff, so If you just need artwork he's the guy to use. If he ever left the they would differently feel it. He needs to ask for a raise, The first thing I noticed was the design was not centered, (remember I said he needs a raise........well not a big raise.) I stood there awhile looking at it, trying to justify taking it as it is, I found it odd that owner kept walking by with out saying a word. He knew he screwed up, body language said it all. I finally handed the stickers to the owner and said these are not centered they look odd, and it looks like I made them on my printer, they're not professional looking. He Immediately replied, I'm not re-printing those, we lost money. Really not sure where he lost the money, this order was $575. Long story short, I'll get to the jest of the story. He told me I was OCD and I was a pain in the ass I said I'm not a professional you guys are, I just expect a professional job from a professional shop, I'm not asking for a discount you're just so used to people asking for discounts that you assume they'll take it anyway it turns out. I asked him why he printed them if they were crooked, not centered, did you check the first one? He gets all pissed off at me, because I will not take his amateur printing of my stickers, and then he yells at me and says "I lose money" again not sure why he's losing money. He said "you pay for adjustment to file", How much I asked, he replied "100" I said you give me the 2x2 large stickers he said "ok I don't want" by the way those 2'x2' look like he just started to learn how to laminate a print. He said oh you just need to clean off with soap, no I said there are duty finger prints on the inside of the print and why am I cleaning up your work? Long story short he said he's losing money (not my problem) and that he needs to charge me $100 for the 10 minutes of artwork he had to correct on my artwork so I asked him for the file of corrected artwork and he told me it's his property now, even though I own the art work. I would take him to small claims court just to teach him a lesson about business, but for 100 bucks it's not worth my time. I'm skeptical about all the 5 Star's he has. ******* *****UP DATE**** He writes a real nice reply back ( I think it's a AI reply) to this review, but it's all BS *********THIS MAN IS NOT NICE OR PROFESSIONAL ******* I okayed the artwork that's it. I didn't OK your printing of it. You act like it's my fault that your work was at an amateur level. The artwork was paid for by the way.I gave you $100 for him to take 10 minutes to adjust MY submitted artwork, it is not your intellectual property as per the law. This is a excellent example of how he bullies you!! He makes a mistake and bullies you into thinking It's your fault. He yells over your talking and will not let you speak, very unprofessional. I don't think he's used to customers Expecting what they paid for. The logo on his work van looks like a homeless owns the van, so in my eyes, his expectations of what looks good is extremely low. The worst service we have ever hired! Our office recently moved to a new location in Costa Mesa, so we needed a new company sign, a small sign for our conference room. We contacted this company back in November 2024, and they promised the delivery and installation of the sign for Thanksgiving. However, they kept postponing it week after week until December 15. We had to contact them multiple times just to get an invoice so we could send the deposit. What kind of service requires the client to chase the company for something that's their responsibility? On December 15, they went to the wrong office without even confirming our new address. Instead, they assumed the address, even though my manager had already mentioned our new Costa Mesa office during the call. After arriving at the wrong office, they rescheduled us again for December 16. Their communication was unbelievably poor, worse than a toddler's! On December 16, they asked us to be available at 7:00 AM so they could install the sign, claiming they were busy with other clients at other times. What kind of attitude is that? Then, they showed up at 9:00 AM after we complained about the delay. When they finally brought out the sign, they admitted it wasn't good and decided to take it back to redo it. At this point, we decided to stop using their service, even though it meant losing our deposit. We'd rather hire a professional, even at a higher cost, than deal with this level of incompetence. I walked in on April 27th to order my new storefront sign. I caught Hue at the opening. I asked him if it was possible to have a sign made before my birthday on May 12th. He took my information & said that the staff will call me when they get in. Andrew contacted me quite promptly to get the details & font of my choice before drafting up a sample proof to submit for approval from my landlord & the City of Westminster permits. The draft was approved on May 4th to proceed. On May 8th the old sign was removed & my new sign was put up. I was out of town for Mother's Day weekend so I didn't get to see the work done. My friends decided to go spy to watch the whole process for me. When the old sign was removed, it left really bad red stains. My friends said that I would cry if I saw what it looked like. My friends were impressed that Andrew's crew cleaned it up well. I respect Andrew because he is very humble. He warned me that he doesn't specialize in repairing and patching up the wall but he will try his best. The final product exceeded my expectation. I have been with this store for many years. Even though I don't print often beside business card and some posters. I have great experience with this printing company before. However, I had had a really bad experience with the guy name "Sang" recently. I emailed and explained how I want my poster should be but they did it wrong and complained that I used wrong terminologies. The way Mrs Sang handled my case was disrespectful because I don't print there often. He event challenged me to take the pictures of all the products that I used their services before, so I did. Amazing work. The signage came out perfect. This was our second time using them for our reception signage because we had to have the first one removed for our suite renovations. We hired Wholesale Signs & Printing in June 2021 to repair and resurface an old monument sign at our church property in Irvine. Prior to that, we had contacted several vendors, but we found Andrew's services by far the most reasonably priced among others. He was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He quickly understood the problem and offered the solution that met our needs. We did not feel pressured to do or pay more than necessary. Andrew's work was excellent. He hired a sub-contractor to assist with the repairs to the sign's concrete foundation and surface. However, due to the pandemic, cost of labor and materials increased significantly, and consequently his internal costs went up. The sub-contractor also did not complete the work. Andrew went the extra mile by taking it upon himself to complete the job to excellent standards without changing his price on us. We have a great looking sign now!! Updated review: these guys are fake. They pretend to offer great service "we will redo it." No! They didn't even acknowledge me when I came. They operate their business on this philosophy where if there's nothing wrong then we are good, but if there is something wrong with one of the projects then they don't care to fix or "make it right." Had my pop up banner printed. Not very happy with how they handled their mistakes. I was told to get my art work to size 33x72, so I did. It turned out we had about 6.5 white space extra in the bottom. Not a big deal--just needed to cut the extra to make the pop up stick shorter. What bothered me was the guy who told me to design to 33x72 didn't want to take accountability. He bluntly refused the fact that he had actually spoken with me about it. I love it when people are like that. Learn how to take accountability! We are all adults here. The banner wasn't precisely cut but not a big issue as we just need it for an event. They may do tons of jobs in a given day, but note that customers see it as the only job. read more
