What kind of professional tattoo company can't open at the time they portray to be open? Apparently THIS ONE! My mother who's a tattoo artist and has been purchasing her products here for maybe about 2 years year can't get her order worth of over $200 just because they can't open? Now they lost a loyal customer and income. Driving to El Monte all the way from dtla isn't something so easy but sadly it's not so easy to just get the door open when scheduled to. If it's so much of a hassle hire RESPONSIBLE people and not lazy undedicated employees. Thank you and enjoy the loss of a loyal customer. Either fix the store hours to a convenient hour or just fix the door cause apparently it's not opening when it's supposed to as well as better employees. read more

Great service and prices! Only problem is that their kits don't come with any liners, and they only had 2 liners in their whole inventory. Liners have 8 wrap coils and a 33 or 22 microfarad capacitor. Other than that, great help and great selection! The Asian owner can be quite rude! He treats me like if I am irritating him with my business every single time he helps me. Although, the other 2 female employees are very kind and helpful. When he's the only one working, I feel like leaving and spending my money somewhere else but, sometimes I really need my supplies and am crunched for time. Nere was super helpful!! First time here at wholesale tattoo. I didnt know what to get she helped me with trying to get a present for a friend. She showed me what they had for my budget and circumstance. She answered all my questions. Provided me with a box and honored my check in offer. The place has plenty of parking but is tucked inside a industrial lot. They have tons of stuff in store and a catalog. They have deals on ink going on right now. I ordered a foot pedal weeks ago (MARCH 14th) they said they sold out, refund my money and then toke it back from me after refunding. Upon calling them,the woman told me multiple times they would call me back and never return a call or email. Its now April and still NOTHING! -Never Got my item -stole money from my account -the customer service apparently only one person, all though she sounded nice isn't helpful at all. read more

I have been in the tattoo industry for almost 20 years and have seen the insurgence of online suppliers, and how their service fluctuates so much. I have to say that this online company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with and here is why: 1) I ordered NECESSARY supplies to continue my work as an artist with PRIORITY 2 DAY MAIL...it took 3 weeks to receive - Strike One 2) Upon receiving my order, they had forgot to send the ACTUAL POWER CORD with my power supply box, effectively making it unusable as is - Strike Two 3) When I called to speak to a representative and explained the situation, not only did I receive no apology, I was told that one would be sent out today and I should "hopefully" have it by Saturday. Furthermore, I was not even offered any sort of free product or compensation for the huge inconvenience this is for my business - Strike Three. Not only will I NEVER, use this company again, I strongly recommend that they review this comment and consider better customer service. It is no longer the era where you can do what you want as a supplier, because our industry has a plethora of options...and some at even better prices. I am bummed, because I am not one to complain about things; yet, the inefficiency of this company caused me to lose a few clients because I had to adjust my entire calendar, and that in turn means you will lose my business and the artists that work for me in my shop. read more

Drove all the way down here from Long Beach, because on the site catalog they have some of the best prices around. close to an hour drive just to find out that the pricing on the website is completely wrong. The pricing is double in the actual storefront then on The website. The woman that helped me out said that their website has a "glitch" and it changes the pricing. Which I find very hard to believe. They do not state anything regarding the price difference. Don't make the mistake I did and come here. save your gas and time read more

This little warehouse is pretty great. I went with a friend and I got everything he suggested I needed. He liked what he saw and approved. I got my clip cord, hurricane tattoo machine, liner, shader, foot pedal, titan tubes, talent black ink, empty ink bottles, ink cups, nitril gloves, green soap, etc. We got to check the liner and shader so we can test it out and that was a plus. The guy who helped us was very helpful and polite. He showed us everything we asked for and then proceeded with our order. He was so nice to start up and account for me on their website so i can earn my points. =) Overall this place is pretty cool and I've gone back a couple of times and they were all good experiences. read more

Very poor quality. The needles I purchased from this company were unusable. Grouping were inconsistent, soldered crooked on the bar. I've been tattooing over 10 years. Ordered from many different companies. First time I've ever had to throw needles away. I also ordered grips and tips what were also complete garbage. So poorly made. The tube tips and metal inside the kept the needle from running on the bottom of the tube. The set screws in the grip were stripped on two out of the ten tubes I ordered. On the other hand. The disposable tubes were nice. Only reason I gave then 2 stars. I called, left a message and emailed them. No response. So there you have it. My first negative Yelp review. This company,in my opinion, is not for professional tattoo artists. If you want Chinese, low end supplies, give them a try. read more
