Told me I wouldn't have to pay anything when I came in for the cleaning then tried to charge me. When i confronted them about the claim they were rude, disrespectful, said they would reverse the claim if i paid some balance from 6 months ago that i never knew about. They weren't going to reverse the claim solely on the fact that they never did it which prevented me from getting a cleaning with my primary dental office.
