I bought a replacement bulb for a headlight that was out. Neither of the salesmen/techs, who worked there, would install the bulb for me. I took the bulb home and my fiancé claimed they sold me the wrong one, as he couldn't get it to work. I was forced to make the drive with one headlight. Before leaving Natchtioches, I stopped by auto zone to see if I could buy the correct bulb and have someone install it. Thankfully, Cody, the parts manager, was working that day!!! He looked at the new bulb, said it was the correct one and installed it within 1 minute. Thanks to Cody I was able to get on the road at 6am with 2 wort long headlights! My issue is not with him my issue I am having is with the utter rudeness of the lady in there with black hair who claims to be the assistant manager. she acted like she had better things to do than help me, she continued to ask other people working there what different parts where, she got rude with the other very sweet young lady there about how she was going to leave early, and she was going to have to basically deal with it. All of this while trying to "help" me. I wish I would of delt with my normal guy, but he was swamped at the time and had the apparent assistant manager (which is laughable she knows nothing of parts or people) asking him question after question. next time I will wait in line and only deal with him.
