Hat 1st he told me 400 I told him I only had $300 to my name that I could try and borrow some from my family he told me no that he could do it for the $300. I sent him the 300 and the following day he couldn't come because he couldn't get in the gate I trusted he was a man of his word and went and atleast picked up my vehicle. My father is 72 with C.O.P.D. I am disabled from a stroke with a "dead" left side, so neither of us could have walked for help. We called Mr. Bolds and he was there within 45 min and towed us home for an amazingly low cost compared to what I thought would be a huge unexpected expense not to mention the broken truck cost. He was pleasant and quickly resolved our dilemma, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need or trouble of being stranded out in the middle of nowhere.

He had it towed to PK Smith and was told upon receiving it the transmission no longer worked. The recall was for computer/braking and suddenly the transmission is out! Then he and my daughter are told it will be a week or two before it can be looked at. So they have it picked up and taken to Alexandria hoping to get it back ASAP. The next day my daughter receives a call from the owner of the dealership Mike Smith, he is incredibly rude and even curses his own corporate headquarters. Very unprofessional, arrogant, no one deserves to be treated this way, especially my daughter who is seven months pregnant. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere that's reputable.

I had to stop by one morning to get her mail out of the vehicle and that shop was full of cars, but there was no one working on them. I saw one man in the whole shop. Finally, my brother went and got the car and is going to fix it himself. Of course she got no refunds back. Don't take your car there.

if there was a zero option, i'd do that.... i use to get used tires here from time to time, always…read moredid me good... so i thought i'd have em do "WORK" on my car... went in to get rear shocks replaced and investigate a wobbling sound, was told it was my rear shocks, and my rear bearings, AND my front drive shaft on the passenger side.... the shocks fell into an issue when the mechanic BROKE a bolt.... and the price suddenly jumped from 575 to 825.... and the wobbling sound STILL ISN"T FIXED.... later, i take it back cuz the sound was still there, dude tells me it's my bearing in the front.... nope... later at the shop after i pay for the bearing and labor, which he just opens his wallet and sticks the money in, he tells me it's just low on transmission fluid... ??!??!! ?!?!?!? seriously???? fluid causes a wobble sound??? anyway, the guy drives off with my car, is gone for 30 mins.... then comes back sayin' it's my TIRES in the rear that are causing the sound... WHATEVER.... he says he put FLUID in my transmission... i give him 20 bucks.... now i have an exhaust leak smell in the car.... SO, i jack her up, take a look after seeing that i have some sort of fluid leaking all over under the car, and see that there is a cover on my exhaust that has been removed on purpose, and my transmission is leaking fluid all over the place..... bottome line: these guys are crooks.... they are sabatoging vehicles and creating issues to keep you going back and giving them more money.... BEWARE BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!
