I didn't realize this was an Herbalife place until I had already ordered and the woman informed me I can't get a bowl without the "protein powder" in it. The bowl is literally water and this weird protein powder mix that is a "1300 calorie shake that's only 200 calories" which makes no sense to begin with. It says fresh fruit but they gave me frozen blueberries. Every ingredient other than the Herbalife stuff is the cheapest thing you can buy from sams club. This says it's a nutrition place but it's just unhealthy sugary garbage disguised as a smoothie spot. MLM's need to stop preying on nice, innocent people like these ladies working.

What makes Nutrition Time stand out is that the store is open seven days a week. This past Sunday, it was open until 3 pm. Most nutrition places take a day off each week and it's generally Sunday. My original plan was to arrive in Nashville, get my rental car, and drive over here. What changed was a flight delay thanks to a security breach at Toronto Pearson International Airport on the U.S. side. This breach caused every flight headed stateside to be delayed. With the 3 pm closing time and flight delay, I still managed to arrive at Nutrition Time well before 2 pm. The drive from the airport was smooth. It was an enjoyable drive. I had no problem seeing a large Nutrition Time sign as I approached the plaza. I turned left and pulled in. Although it's a small plaza, I had no problem finding a spot and backed into it. I walked in. There was a father with his son at the bar area. This store is huge. There are seats to sit down and relax. It had a fourth of July display where you can pose with your drinks. I looked at this man's orange drink and it looked good. Then again, I was so thirsty that any drink would have looked good to me at this stage. This store is similar to ZeeV's in that they both have loaded teas and shakes with little to no sugar in them. Nutrition Time has an insane number of teas to try out. I looked at printed list of loaded teas and it had 67. It doesn't include the summer or fourth of July offerings. It was a hot and humid afternoon. With the humidity, it felt like 36°C. I wanted a loaded tea. I settled for the boozy 22. The flavours consisted of cherry, pina colada, and blue raspberry. It had my name written all over it, so call me boozy 22... lol. The man behind the counter was nice. He was meticulous preparing my beverage. He gave me a $2 discount off my tea if I posted a photo of it on any social medium. I don't mind doing it to save a bit of money and promote this local business. My loaded tea looked beautiful. It tasted great. My tastebuds were content and my thirst took a hike. I love the cherry tartness mixed in with tropical coconut undertones, with raspberry mixed in for good measure. This combination was on point. I hope to return and give a shake a try. Each shake has a decent amount of protein. You can either have it as a meal replacement or a snack that keeps you full for a couple of hours. I paid with a credit card. Cash is also accepted.
