We had plans to get dinner elsewhere. The food was pretty good and fried to the right amount...but our order took over 30 minutes to make. We had to visit the gals at the truck a few times to ask them if our order was done, or if we were forgotten. The sweet gal taking the orders also said that they would bring it out when it was ready, but we waited a solid 30 minutes and decided to ask. I think they just forgot our order of chips and queso and fried pickles. Besides that, the experience was great. Their chips are great (I love the thicker tortilla chips!) and have a more solid crunch to them. The queso is on the lighter and thinner consistency side, which is always a refreshing texture. They definitely use a lighter cheese instead of a dark cheddar, as shown through the color of the queso. It's got a great flavor to it too without having any extra add-ins. A nice traditional queso! The fried pickles were average, but my bf is obsessed with pickles...so that was his impulse buy. Not sure if I would say this is a steady food truck that I would come back to outside of the brewery, but I'm glad it's at Guadalupe! Good choice for snacks and probably their po boys!

My bowl was packed to the top with the perfect amount of fruits, toppings and açaí blend. The fruits were fresh and delicious. Also the homemade chocolate peanut butter was amazing. My 2 toddlers and I killed a regular size bowl. Pricing was fair for what you get and the quality. I've paid more for bowls that couldn't even compare to this place. Seriously so good. Pictured are the tacos we tried out- each came with grilled onions and a side bar that you could select the toppings/salsa that you wanted! The limonada was tasty and had hints of cucumber which is our personal favorite so 4/5! Al pastor tacos 4/5 they didn't have pineapple but were still a hit! Asada tacos 3/5, the meat was a little dry but all three salsas were great! My favorite being the light green and Eddie's being the dark green! They had a nice little bar area to sit at next to the truck which is where we ate (4 seats) but you could also eat in your car! Would try out again!!
