The brisket taco was legit. The food, price, and service was on point. Ordered from the food truck. Definitely would order again.

The prices were also very reasonable. However, the service was disappointing. When we first walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged us. I wasn't sure if it was "seat yourself" or "wait to be seated," so we grabbed a table. We sat for about 13 minutes without being checked on, and we eventually had to wave someone down to get service. It definitely disappointing on our first impression. As for the food, it was solid. I ordered the pancake platter and they were amazing, ginormous, fluffy, and perfect. It comes with bacon or sausage but i have my bacon too my date because I don't eat pork. My date got three tacos, potato egg and bacon, barbacoa, and picadillo with potato. I'm picky about potatoes at Mexican restaurants, but these were spot on. The barbacoa looked great and wasn't greasy, and the picadillo was delicious as well. The tortillas were mid. I've had better, but overall, the food was great. I would definitely come back, but I think I'll stick to the drive-thru next time to avoid the wait!

What I did not expect was for these tacos to show up looking like they'd been training for a strongman competition. These things are enormous. Not "big." Not "hefty." I'm talking full‑blown California‑burrito impersonators. Each one weighs about ten pounds and could double as a doorstop. I opened the bag and immediately understood why the Uber Eats driver looked spiritually exhausted. I ordered three: * Bacon, egg, cheese & potato * Sausage, egg & cheese * Bean & cheese The bacon one... listen. Something in there was giving "mystery smoke." I don't know if it was the bacon, the potatoes, or a ghost from a BBQ pit that refused to move on, but the flavor was doing its own side quest. Not awful -- just confusing enough that I paused mid‑bite like, "What exactly am I tasting right now." The sausage one was solid, no complaints, but the bean and cheese? That one was the star. Simple, authentic, comforting -- the Beyoncé of the order. Zero drama, zero surprises, just good. And the real MVP moment: they delivered to New Braunfels. From Seguin. Through Uber Eats. That's not delivery -- that's commitment. That's "we will cross county lines to make sure you're fed." Even though one taco wasn't my vibe, I'd absolutely order again -- just with a different lineup. When the tacos are this massive and the delivery radius is this heroic, you give them another shot.

The standout was the Cinco sausage. It was hands down the best sausage I've ever had. The flavor, texture, and balance of the peppers and cheese were incredible. It's the one item I'd drive back for without thinking twice. The brisket was excellent, and the ribs were really good too, but that sausage stole the show. If you're visiting Texas and only have time for one BBQ stop, Burnt Bean would be at the top of my list. I can't wait to come back. The place was very cool. Service was fun. They cut everything in front of you and did not rush you
