If there was a rating of no stars I would have chosen it. This company does not even deserve one star. I purchased a Living Social coupon in January and called shortly after to try to get an appointment. They told me they were at least 3 months out. Finally the date came and we had a family emergency and were unable to make the appointment. (Serious hospitalization). They would not honor the appointment or offer a refund. A horrible, long conversation with a condescending attitude from owner John ensued. Finally we settled on a car wash which again was 3 months out. Really?? As the date approached I called to make sure the appointment was still on the books, having a sneaky suspicion that they would not honor it. Sure enough, they didn't return my phone call until one hour before the 3PM appointment, only to tell me that it was actually at 2PM and it couldn't be done. Frustrated, I asked for yet another appointment and was not offered one. Believe me, I wrote the date down on my calendar in bold letters so there would not be another "mistake". DO NOT do business with these people. They are scammers!!!!! I have never had a business treat me so poorly. read more

From the first phone call John was very knowledgeable. He was extremely accommodating and traveled an hour with his wife and adult daughter to work on our vehicles. I took my 2013 Hyundai to John after years of neglect mainly on the interior (carpet/seats/upholstery). In a short period of time (4 hours or so) johns magic was done. The car looked factory new! I was warned that some food oils stains may still be visible when completely dry, but when those seats were dry, they were immaculate! BEWARE! This is the e-mail she sent after my review. Only when I did not respond did she post a negative post! My husband purchased the vouchers. It was unfortunate that Living social had to eat the cost of the detail but they were unable to refund half. I also didn't get a "free detail" since I paid $50 for having a large vehicle and $20 for having dog hair in the truck in addition to the voucher. It has not been a year either. Not sure how you came up with that. Also not sure how I got a "free detail" if I were not a customer of yours... Very nice, very convenient when they come to you. Works with you for scheduling. Only thing that knocked down a star was that we were told the smell would be gone out of the car and it wasn't. I recently had my black Escalade detailed by Wicked (Pics on their facebook page). This is the 2nd time I've had a vehicle detailed, and I have been extremely satisfied both times. I work a lot, and my wife is comfortable with having them around the house and kids while I am gone. This is due to the professional and kind attitude, and is a huge reason why I will continue to use Wicked in the future. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I found a few spots in the lettering of my Escalade that did not look like they were hit well. But this is only because I'm anal when paying someone good money to work on my cars. I plan on having them back again on a regular basis. That really is the best recommendation I can give. Most recent work done DEC 2013. PS - I have no idea about the vouchers that other reviewers had issues with. I called Wicked and paid the quoted price, with no issues. There is an additional fee for my Escalade as it is the ESV (Suburban, not Tahoe size). But it is logical to me to pay more for a larger car. read more

On 4/8/15 I took my car to Wicked Detailing to have my interior done. What a great job they did! I had mold growing on the front and back seats, this is the spare car and I was shocked to find this. I called them up and discussed the situation and took the car to them to clean. I had a great experience. I knew the mold was going to take more work and I wanted it done right- I have grandchildren who will be in this car occasionally. I told him I could pay $300 to do the job, if it was more I'd need a phone call first. He quoted me $200 and that's what I paid. I got a car that looks brand new on the inside! Not only did Wicked Detailing honor a gift certificate my wife gave me almost a year ago, they also did an awesome job of cleaning my work truck. After it was all done he walked me around my truck to show me how to prevent further damage to the paint, and how to take care of it better than I had been. Today I was fully refunded from Living Social although my voucher had been expired for quite some time. (over a year) Although I am thankful to have my $99 back, my purpose from the beginning was to share my experience in the hope of helping others avoid possible headache. The experience I had stands. Last summer a check promised by Wicked Detailing never came and their claim that they lost our phone number and address, true or not, demonstrates poor business practices in my opinion. Cat B. claims to have fired some employee and has a new standard for excellence moving forward. I hope that's so. All I can share is my own experience and that's what I've shared. My white Prius had paint overspray, industrial gunk, yellow headlights, dirty arm rest and carpets and ceiling. Now, after Wicked ganged up on it? It looks mahhhvelous! The only thing that doesn't look brand new inside and out are the few tiny dings on my bumper (not that I expected them to do anything about that!). We had a great experience. Yes, we had to wait many months after the expiration date to use the service. I did wait until it was almost expired to call, so part was my fault. I was just happy they did the job. The price they charged was so low compared to what is on the market. They came on the day they said they would. They didn't know that mine was a van and said it was in such good condition that I would be okay. I appreciated it. They were both very professional and did a great job. I was happy for all the work and felt it was worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone. It was scorching hot and I felt bad for them having to work labor in the elements. I asked if I could get a wax job at that time, he couldn't do it then, but offered to wash if for free and come back again. We were overall pleased with everything. They got a stain out that I couldn't. I only gave it 4 stars because of the wait. I also understand if you are selling a service that cheap, that you can only do so many each week and stay in business. I was getting a deal and I understood. I had a great experience with Wicked Detailing. I drove my car cross country, pulling a travel trailer w/4 dogs. My car was a mess and I needed to ship it overseas. this company is a rip off, I purchased my deal thru Living Social and have turned in a complaint to them also.....when I called to make my appt. the set it almost 1 month after the expiration date, they asked me what type of vehicles and so on. when it was the night before the appt. they called and changed the date to be 2 weeks later and told me I HAD TO BRING THE CARS TO THEM!!! one of the reasons we purchased this deal was they came to you :( so I let that go and made the appt. when we got to their house they looked over one of the vehicles and wanted $50 more to do it because of the condition of it....now keep in mind they had already ask me to start with what type of vehicle they were...the NEVER ask the condition of the vehicles an even in the fine print it does not state anything about a extra fee for condition...so I ask for my money back and they wrote me a check which I deposited and will see in a few days if thew \check is any good!!!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS, I believe they are scam artists!!!!!!! should have checked them out to start with, my error, won't happen again!!! This company is a joke! I was given a voucher as a gift for Christmas, the voucher was purchased through Living Social. When I called to schedule my appointment (in the middle of March) the soonest appointment was in July, the 18th (today as a matter of fact). When I arrived this morning after previously discussing with one of the employee's yesterday that we would only be bringing my wife's vehicle in and calling it square because we have five kids and it's the vehicle that needed the most work (when I say the most work, juice and water has been spilled on the seat a couple of times and needed a good scrub and the floors needed vacuumed otherwise it's in good shape) he stated that he would have to double check with the owner but he didn't see a problem with it as the voucher is a $500 value for 2 vehicles, one car less work. Upon arriving this morning I was told that the vehicle was too dirty and that we would be charged another $250 on top of the $500 voucher and that it'd take about 3 1/2 hours worth of work. He refused to do the services but told me that I could bring it back on those terms after the fact. He cut a check for just under $50 and told me to call Living Social to get the remaining amount refunded. We've filed a complaint with Living Social and now we are having to involve the gifting party to get the remainder taken care of so they aren't out money for a gift that couldn't be used. read more

I bought a deal on Living Social and made my appointment the very next day. John and the staff are very professional on the phone and in person. John was very good at explaining the fine print of a coupon deal like this. Large vehicles like vans and trucks do have an extra fee above the coupon deal because there is a lot more area to cover. And it's extra if your car has a lot of pet hair or very bad stains. They will assess your car when you get there and let you know ahead of time if it's going to take them extra time to clean your car. I am fine with that. ALL detail companies do this. It was still a very good deal. I was extremely pleased with my car! I have a 2004 mini-van, heavy kids' food and stains! It had not been cleaned in a long time! My van was done in just a few hours and I could not believe how nice it looked! The stains are gone from the carpets and all the tiny nooks and crannies are clean, and it looks almost like new!!! I will definitely go back to Wicked Detailing. I'm going to buy a detail session for my son-in-law for Christmas. I know he'll love it! read more
