The project included enclosing an office by building a ten-foot-high wall with French doors, adding electrical and new lighting, tearing out and retrofitting kitchen cabinets, replacing recessed lighting, installing chandeliers, replacing plumbing fixtures, painting, and handling a variety of punch-list items. Within 24 hours, Roman came to my house, took excellent notes, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He's humble, down-to-earth, and the kind of person you actually want working in your home. The very next day he returned with a highly competitive and detailed bid, estimating the job would take about 7 days. Not only did he deliver exactly what he promised -- he finished in 6 days -- but the real reason I'm writing this review is the quality of the workmanship. Roman and his assistant Matteo (another great guy) showed up every day with a great attitude and were ready to work. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. Everything on my list was completed to perfection. They also went above and beyond to accommodate multiple changes along the way. I was so happy with their work and professionalism that I asked them to stay on and complete additional projects beyond the original scope. Their pricing was fair, and the transformation was incredible -- my home went from "fixer-upper" to "Wow, this is pretty awesome!" I can't say enough good things about Roman's Home Improvement. I strongly recommend them -- in fact, my first referral was to a family member for an outdoor stone paver project, and it was the exact same experience: great guy, great price, great quality, and a great final result. A friend recommended Bennett Carpentry and they came in with a good price. We spent $2800 for installation of the beautiful Crown molding throughout the house and Bill Bennett did an amazing job.
