The rent is very reasonable compared to other property owners. I rent a Two-bedroom house for £74 a week. Most two-bedroom houses in this area charge £100+ a week! They also offer rent breaks which means at Christmas I have 2 weeks where I do not pay rent and again at Easter, this gives people who are in rent arrears a chance to catch up on their rent. Mendip housing operates a points system for people who need housing. The more points you have the more chance you have of being offered a property. Once you have a property to rent from Mendip housing you can apply for a swap to other housing association houses. They are very fair to there tenant.

There is also a property section in the local paper and the adverts are the same as in the shop window very very honest! I haven't actualy been inside and asked for details on a property but i would like to just to see if they give you a sales talk or just joke around!
