During my searches, I noticed a lot of other companies that highlighted the founder, but creatively worded that one of their many "qualified" writers would we working with you. I should have known better than to trust "I'll have my associates work on it and they charge less but if I work on it I will charge my fees (300+)". The bill was almost 4k and I started crying because I didn't know how I was going to swing that. Then she sent a notice saying they would not submit my returns and would file for an extension if I didn't pay her invoice. I had every intention of paying and did on time. I asked for a breakdown of the costs for the price of doing my taxes, and she only wrote back "I saved you in taxes blah blah blah" but never gave me an explanation or breakdown of service fees. I still have no idea what her associates were charging hourly. Lesson learned. I will never do business with a firm that isn't clear about their charges for service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Her comments, critiques, and suggestions are invaluable and have helped me to create art I am proud of. Ms. Pidgeon is an endlessly patient instructor who allows individuals of diverse ages and abilities to develop at their own pace and find the style that is best for them. During each lesson, Susan talks out loud about what the student is learning and why. This is a critical component for me. The instruction is seamlessly blended into working on a painting of my choice. Susan listens carefully to my comments, and that is the all important part of excellent communication and teaching. Ms. Pidgeon gives me confidence to experiment and try new approaches. I appreciate that she gives thoughtful answers to my many questions.
