Asked all these questions in regard to disability and felt as the operator on the phone overreached in her capacity to ask these questions by telling her what help she should be seeking and even claimed she wasn't seeking help when she called them to sort out her social security disability. She wound my girlfriend up causing her medical conditions to flare up and made no effort to comfort my girlfriend as she underwent these questions as well as the operator's opinion over my girlfriend's health. Dealing with the aftermath of this call is the opposite of what we wished to achieve with this call. This has been a disrespectful experience by the operator. This consultation didn't even reach the lawyer himself, but this should not be the behavior of the people who represent you on the phone lines.
