All said and done, it some how added up to 2.6 hours worth of work and using thier flat rate pay schedule, $590. When I called to ask how/why it required 2.6 hours - the main issue I had, (not the flat hourly rate amount) I was basically told they didn't have time to go over the billing with me. I understand law firms aren't cheap. But do your research. There is no way the work we had done should have taken even half of 2.6 hours of their time.

I was charged $2,500.00 for an attorney to represent my daughter for a speeding ticket. They drafted an email for the State to lower the actual speed and the State denied it (not the law firms fault) but that email alone and a few follow up calls checking to see the status cost $2,500! I had a ticket in Illinois and the attorney charged me $300 for the same thing and we had a few emails and phone calls and he actually physically appeared in court on my behalf. No one from O'Flaherty even physically appeared in this case. Use anyone else for your legal needs because on top of your legal issue, you'll be getting charged exorbitant fees week after week for basically a few two sentence texts and five minute phone calls!
