Service was attentive and quick first by the host and soon after by a young man in a leather apron adding to the atmosphere. My impression of the burger taste...meh. Salty overrode all and I expected grilled from the menu descriptions. I believe it was griddled and the beef was tough and grizzly. The fries were very well prepared and the onion rings too when we got them after ordering them a second time. It is pricey but a niche business model for Vienna for sure. My beer was delicious and I'm full! So, for the overall experience and quality I rated it a four for satisfying my American food need in Austria. PS. Review your bill as mine had to be adjusted for extra charges for food not ordered.

It came with bacon, a meat patty, a fried cheese patty, tomatoes, lettuce, and ranch dressing instead of mayo. They didn't even show the calories on the box because it might deter anyone from eating it.

We ordered a kids meal and they walked through exactly which toys were available and all I the possible options rather than just giving us the next option or assuming we knew everything we wanted. Service is truly 5 star. They also walk around to pick up dirty trays of food and generally keep the place very clean. I could hardly believe I was at a McDonalds. The food is comparable to any other McDonalds. WIFI is free and with a strong signal too. One annoying thing would be that there is no restroom and so you must use the public one for the train station outside at a pricey 0.50 Euro per use! Perhaps they could validate for paying customers.

But if I were ever meeting up with someone to grab a burger, my choice of restaurants would almost certainly be Weinschenke. There is a Weinschenke in the Karmeliter Markt in the Lepoldstadt, but the one I always go to is the main branch right near me in Margareten - on the Franzensgasse. Not only are the regular hamburgers good here, they also have veggie burgers which I really like. Personally I like the vegan burger more than the veggie burger. For starters the tasty seitan patty holds together better when eaten. Both are served on polenta rolls with Erdäpfel chips from the Lobaul. And if you think burgers - beef or veggie - only go with beer, think again. Weinschenke lives up to its name and has a worthy wine selection. The Weinschenke in the 5th District is very popular so be prepared to share a table. It's all part of the atmosphere. Tip: There are a couple of outdoor tables which are great for wine sipping and people watching!

You can absolutely taste the superior quality of the meat of the burger, the bread they made the bun with, the perfectly fried potatoes and don't even get me started with that to die for whipped cream on that bomb chocolate shake. The place was busy when we got there. My mom and I came with her little mobility scooter, and they were very accommodating with helping us find a place to stash it. Our server was so friendly. The food came out really quick. They also brought us these cute little keychains as a gift because they were excited to have real Americans in the American diner. Look when I'm traveling I always try all the cuisine there but at some point you may get a little bit of a craving for flavors from home. If only the flavors from home tasted like this!

The restaurant opened last week and we went to try it. The menu has a good choice of vegan and…read morevegetarian dishes done Asian style. We took the lunch dish that was advertised on the front. I had (vegetarian) chicken with rice and it tasted really nice. Everything was fresh and the service is great. The background music was jazzy and made me feel relaxed. The interior is modern with purple and grey tones. The bathroom was impeccable. The number of dishes on the menu is limited but that is mostly an advantage. I will certainly come back for more.
