A solid 3.5! Yeah, for some reason, this place fits above burgermista and le burger. The main…read moreproblem here is the meat. Small is 100g from Austria, while regular (180g) and the chuck Norris (double 180g and fun name) are Angus from the US... THE US!? Why? Frozen patties aged in a storage container shipped forever... Sound appealing? It makes sense in the US, but not here. I tried the no1 at a Chuck Norris size (for fun) and regretted it after the first bite. I should have tried the 100g Austrian beef as maybe that could have a better taste. What ever happened to grinding your meat, seasoning it, and cooking it properly? Everyone trying to make more money, that's what! This is places adds itself to a middle category between McDonalds/BurgerKing/etc. and the Charlie Ps/saidTheButcherToTheCow/etc... Think it's time for my burger list. Angus was bland and tasted just like patties I bought for group BBQ's sold at Costco in bulk. Not bad, but not good either. Oh and it's reeaaalllyyyyyy overpriced. I would say the most expensive burgers in the city. Aside from the small, that might just be on par. If you have read this far, thanks!

The restaurant is located below the stairs on the main floor of the main train station in Vienna…read more It looks amazing from the outside: full glas front, beautiful design. The inside is equally well designed: cow-pattern couches and stylish chairs, nice table design and arrangement as well as a wonderful counter. The tables come with chili, hot sauces and Heinz Ketchup on them. I ordered a Classic Regular Burger with Classic Salted Fries as a side. The price was somewhere around €11 without a drink. I waited for my burger at the counter although I probably could have sat down but I chose to take the burger to the table myself. I took the seat on a well lighted table at the corner of the restaurant. The cow-pattern-pillows were comfortable to sit on. The first look at the Burger was somewhat disappointing. The salad looked sad and the bread unusual. The first bite was even more disappointing. While the meat tasted incredibly great (I really have to emphasize that) the rest of the burger was unspectacular if not boring. Tasty is something different. Trying to figure out what the cooks have messed up I disassembled my burger: meat - very good, salad - not that good, tomatoes and onions - as fresh as they could be and delicious, BBQ sauce - delicious but nearly not existent. I figured that the Burger actually was made up of delicious ingredients but the composition was bad. Let's talk about the fries: hand-cut, goldish and crispy. Extremely salted - too much in my humble opinion. Delicious aside from that. To conclude I'd say that I wouldn't recommend the restaurant at the moment unless you want to stop in for fries.

What I ordered: I believe on the menu it was just called the Vienna burger, but it was a tofu schnitzel burger that came w fries and a soda. I also got the lime sauce that was an additional 80¢ and was so yummy and refreshing! The burger was amazing! This place really knows how to do vegan food! They also had a cool selection of sodas. I just got the cherry coke. The price was around 11€ which isn't bad for the taste and quality of the food. This place does everything right! I wish I lived in Vienna so I could come here more often!

But thankfully their vegan nuggets are gluten-free so I got their Nugget Salad (which is their soy protein "chicken" nuggets on a garden salad and a garlic sauce). (I would have preferred to have something that was vegan and gluten-free that was NOT fried, but I suppose I should be happy I had something to eat.) And it was tasty! The nuggets weren't dry at all and had a nice texture. There was a nice creamy sauce on the nuggets, and a different light (balsamic olive oil?) dressing for the salad that was also a great combo. I also got a lemonade for my beverage, but it was a carbonated soda, so not really my kind of thing. I should have gotten something else to drink. Would have been nice to have had at least a couple of other gluten-free options to choose from but the Nugget Salad was satisfying. No wifi unfortunately.

Found this cozy spot a few blocks off the Stadtpark and figured I'd give it a shot. So glad I did. it was pretty packed when we got ther, we were able to get a high top table after just a few minutes wait. Ordered the beef tartare and schnitzel. Be forewarned, they don't skimp on the portions here. The tartare was delicious and came with a salad and about a half of stick of butter, which was interesting. Schnitzel was big enough to feed at least two people and left me feeling like I had finally experienced a real local meal. Wine was also great and made me wish I could have stayed there drinking it all night. But alas, I had an early flight to catch the next day...

Quite tight seating. Restrooms are not accessible by people with limited mobility. No baby changing stations. The food is okay. The schnitzel was fine and so was lamb. Okay to eat but not memorable. Caprese salad was tasty. In conclusion, if you are passing by and hungry, feel free to stop by. If you are looking for a memorable lunch/dinner experience, plan to visit a different establishment.
