We were assigned to this handyman via our home warranty company. Unfortunately, after being…read morerescheduled 3 times, we could not get him to actually come out. I cleared our schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday and cancelled kids' activities so we could be when he got here. But he never came any of the days he scheduled to come. There was also a lot of manipulation via text to get us to agree to rescheduling again and again and veiled threats by him implying that if we had someone else do it he would communicate with the warranty company to make sure it wasn't covered. It got to the point that I was actually scared for him to come out to my house at all. So we got reassigned and our warranty company has been alerted to the issue.
