Had a roof installed Sept 2020 prior to moving into our house (previous home owner paid). We have had issues since May 2021 and reached out to the company to which they ignored messages. Reached out multiple times and they decided to ignore until the previous homeowner reached out. THEN they reached back out to us and said they would be by that weekend. To which ding ding ding they never showed. I had another company come and take a look because 6+ panels of shingles have now fallen off our roof. After getting a detailed report back I am mortified with the corners that were cut & the fact that it's a roof that's a year and a half old and due to poor workmanship it will ALL have to be replaced. Not exactly what you want to hear after thinking you had a brand new perfect roof when you moved into your house you purchased.
After reaching out and saying they would stop by and didn't we then got a message saying " Due to the excessive wind we got a couple weeks ago we no no longer honor the roof as we don't control Mother nature and can't control what nature provides. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thanks"
Completely unprofessional in my opinion; not only were said "winds" AFTER the fact of reaching out multiple times but the shingles are rated to withhold up to 150 MPH, in which we did not have winds that strong. If installed properly this would not have happened but sadly they were not.
After sending the report from the other roofer pointing out all the flaws and issues with the install of this roof the company went ahead and blocked me on the company site on FB.
I would not hire this company unless you intend to spend more money down the road & if you've had work done by this company I highly suggest getting a professional out for a second opinion to make sure the job was done correctly. read more
