Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Paid 59$ for this - for nothing. I called wildescapes. Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. We called them in for the very first treatment and back again after our second treatment for a follow up because of the pesky ants. After the follow-up treatment, the ants disappeared. We got our third treatment today using these guys and they were so nice and patient with our dog; they really do work efficiently each time.
