Alex Davila gave me a reasonable quote and kept track of the temperature to be assured of a good outcome (the product had a requirement of a minimum of 50 degree weather for proper installation.) He came out once we had a week of fair weather and installed the product for me. I was so impressed with his care and precision. The result is absolutely perfect and was done in far less time than I anticipated. I would hire Alex and First Impression Graphics for any future job within their scope. I appreciate that they take real pride in their work and are professional and courteous. The store owner/ manager Amit called me 3 weeks…read morebefore store opening after having received my deposit 4 months prior to tell me that could not perform the job now because my account manager had been fired and they no longer service my location, saying that he would refer me to another Fast Signs location. This is after months of working out the details. I had never spoken to this gentleman before, and now when we are coming down the home stretch, he steps in at 11th hours to say I need to start from scratch. You can imagine how stressful this is for a small business owner. He cancelled our order unilaterally and abruptly. When I stopped to speak with him he said that he did not want to do business with me because of my tone on the phone with him and asked me to leave. He took no responsibility for the fact that we had an agreement upon which I was relying and he was the one to call me out of the blue 3 weeks before opening to tell me he couldn't do the job. There are some great people working at this location, but Amit Patel the owner/manager is not one of them. He will drop you at the last minute when you need a reliable signage contractor and smile at your distress. I do not recommend. At all. You have been warned. You have plenty of other options.
