I do find the staff here very pleasant to deal with and not just some person behind the counter. Especially when it comes to looking over the higher priced items (desks, computers, printers) I find several of the people here know their stuff... even better than the Blue Box electronic store right next door. I've had to ship items out of here to places and I am in and out within minutes. They are efficient and are great at communicating.
