Now for the bad. I've shopped there 4 times over the past 6 months. From the first time I went there the employees have always been rude. Well, more "elitest" than rude, but still definitely rude. If you're not part of their 'crew' or whatever that just hangs out there, you're not worth their time. Nobody welcomes you, nobody asks what you need or helps you until you interrupt them because you want to spend money. Even then you're just a pain in the ass for interrupting them. Next thing, their selection is horrible. They very obviously cater to the advanced hobbyist vaper, which I don't mind as at this point I am an advanced vaper, but the point of this industry is to help people to quit smoking. If you're not going to offer some options for those people, you're just plain doing it wrong. That being said even their "high end" products are bad. All clones, no authentic anything, half the batteries they stock aren't even authentic (though they claim they are). Mods are one thing, but re-wrapped high drain batteries are just dangerous. Which brings me to my third point, danger. When I bought my first RDA, it was from them and on a whim. It was cheap and I had been considering getting one so I finally did when I was there one day. I asked if they could throw a build on it for me because I didn't have any rebuilding supplies yet, and they did. While he was building it, he asked me if I had ever used an RDA before, to which I replied no. His response was to show me how to wick it properly. Sure, I appreciate knowing that, but that's THE LAST THING somebody needs to know before taking the plunge into rebuildables. He offered NOTHING about battery safety. NOTHING about ohm's law. NOTHING about possibly hard shorting your equipment. Luckily, I do research on anything I'm getting myself into, and when I started realizing how much danger he had put me in by not telling me any of this, I was furious. That was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and above all else, the EXACT thing local, state, and federal government is hoping people will do so they can regulate or shut down the e-cig industry. Shops like White Lion Vapor are in it purely for the money and are an absolute detriment to an industry that has already saved millions of lives world-wide, and has the potential of saving millions more. They are an absolute disgrace to everything that the community stands for, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Do not shop here.
