The one that did my hair asked if I just wanted a trim, I said I needed 1 1/2 to 2 inches cutoff. She cuts around on it then asks if that's good, I said it was ok, went to pay and she charged $15.50 which is the price for shampoo and cut, I questioned her about it and she said its the same price with or without shampoo and since I had been there before I should know that. Well here's your tip sweetie, If a customer is paying the same price for a service whether it is used or not, you should go ahead and give them the services that would be paid for or at least ask them if they want the service and tell them that it cost the same. The past few years this salon has went down hill, they can't keep the good ones and the others have piss poor attitudes. The last time I was in there, the guy argued with me about how I wanted my haircut. I like the convenience of a salon in Walmart, but I truly don't know if I'll be going back.

I also noticed there was hair dye all over the back of my shirt. I have to wear my hair up in a bun because how bad it looks. Also, it hasn't even been two weeks, and all of the color is washed out. Mind you I'm using Redken sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner. Now I have to go this week to get it fixed by a real stylist that knows what they are doing. I do NOT recommend this place at all!
