For an all around laid back atmosphere where you can enjoy a cocktail and have lovely ladies removing various articles of clothing for one's vieweing pleasure, in my opinion, the Wild Orchid Cabaret can't be beat!! Drink prices aren't outrageous ($6.75 for Premiums) the ladies aren't aggressively going after you for lap dances or other up market offerings if you're chilling up at the bar which in most clubs is considered neutral ground and is the area I prefer to hang out at in any club of this type cause I'm just in to enjoy a cocktail and the show and am old enough to know ain't nobody falling in love except for the dude that's willing to get talked into the up charged services...Poor, naive fellows!! The Orchid is small with 3 stages for one's viewing pleasure...it's nicely appointed with comfortable seating at the bar and on the main floor...smallish VIP section near the main stage... I much prefer this place to any of the other clubs offering this type of entertainment in the Bossier/Shreveport area mainly because of the laid back vibe mentioned earlier... Weekends are a $10 cover and Weekdays its $5 with a 1 drink minimum always...I no longer have to worry about the cover cause I got promoted to VIP Member status mainly cause I'm a pretty cool dude... Came here with my boyfriend and the girls are all very nice. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. The problem came from when we came back to our hotel. The club charged a holding fee of $100, 50, 20, and 12. We immediately went back to the club. They explained the holding fees are to ensure they don't lose money via business but I don't understand why there were four different amounts for four different verifications. The bartender could only apologize but would not release the various verifications. I would advise please come with cash only. read more

The Wild Orchid Cabaret is a great club. Anyone who says that the girls aren't attractive needs to have there eyes examined. I used to work there and all of the girls are very attractive, sexy, very nice and easy to talk to. They always seemed very approachable to the clientele. The club is run by a girl and her husband and one of them is always on site making sure things run smoothly. It is small on the inside but that's what gives it its charm and laid back atmosphere. The DJ comes down and mingles with the crowd and the owners hang out at the bar and talk with the clientele. Every person that came through the door left looking like they had a great time. I've worked in a lot of clubs and the Wild Orchid is by far the best I've seen. Give the Wild Orchid a try and I don't think you'll be disappointed. Military and Police officers get free cover charge, and I promise you the girls are hot and friendly from the the owner to the dancers and even the servers. You'll have a good time. Hubby and decided to randomly give this little club a try one night just on a whim... As we were pulling into the tight parking lot I did notice the security cameras outside and since the club is on a stretch of highway encompassed by mobile home sales lots and pawn shops I didn't know if I should be fearful or if I should feel safe...I has hubster with me regardless so we made our way inside and paid the 5.00 admission per person.. Once inside I noticed that the club was crowded and small...the first room was the bar area with a few tables "scattered" around with a small stage that a dancer was half rolling around on. The main stage was in another section seperated by a partition and there were seats around the main stage area... The music was a decent mix of rock, hip hop and country. The dancers I saw a good variety of race. Most of them I would say were in the range on 3-6.5's. There was one hispanic dancer who made friendly with hubster and I. Said she had just "moved" here from L.A. blah blah blah..kept pushing me to get a private dance....I declined twice before she offered to pay for half of the 20.00 private dance...Gave in out of sympathy and confusion...Private dance section is pretty secure, bouncer at the door taking money and names...looked like a big bathroom with stalls, each stall had a wingback chair and a sheer curtain for "privacy" I assume, oh there were video cameras as well. The dance was less than stellar and she gave me the impression that if propositioned she would offer more services. I do remember them having quite a few shot specials I enjoyed the lemon drop shots. Went there last night with my wife for the first time. There were lots of strippers and most of them were pretty and fine, nice tits and big butts even the white girls. Everything was fine except two major problems. One, the bar service sucks big time. Understaffed and the one blonde girl is basically useless as she just talked to some regulars and completely ignored us for like 15 minutes before finally noticing us sitting right in front of her. The biggest problem, though, is many of the strippers boyfriends were in there. For one thing they were mean mugging everyone and created a bad vibe. Second, instead of their girlfriends working the room when they got off stage they would go sit with their boyfriends. We literally had to flag down a stripper for a private dance as none of them came by and offered, not even the ones we tipped on stage. The owner should ban all the strippers boyfriends from the club. They not only take up half the tables, which there are a limited amount of, but they're hindering the business as a whole. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of fine women and you'll have a good time, but it would be way better if they kept the boyfriends out. There was one Stripper we really wanted a dance from but her boyfriend was literally hounding her the whole time and actually rushed her to leave before the club even closed. Management needs to get on top of that. Their boyfriends are costing the girls and club as a whole probably a thousand dollars or more per night. Nothing kills the vibe more than trying to talk to a stripper and you look over and her boyfriend is staring at you like he wants to beat you up. Probably won't go back until I hear about them doing something about that because it really, really kills the vibe. Oh and how could I forget about the DJ. HORRIBLE! We didn't come to the club to hear the DJ yapping on the mic the whole night. And if he said "Look at all that pussy!" one more time I was gonna choke him. He looks like a creep and was annoying as hell. I guess he thought he was hyping things up but he wasn't he was terrible. We went there to see some ass and titties, not to see the creepy, old, methed out looking DJ walking around the club being annoying. Overpriced drinks for the class of dancers. Majority over weight and all trashy. Would not recommend it ever go there again.

This place sucks. No dancers. There are three. Only one is on state the other two are sitting. Drinks are way too expensive. $6 for a XX in a bottle. It's $10 for admission. So I basically just paid $16 to sit in a nasty seat to talk to my friends. Could have done that at home and had a better time. read more
