I didn't plan on hearing anything back but I truly appreciate her for reaching out to me. As I mentioned to her, I do wish continued success for to her business and their continued growth. I did want to make sure my update was provided and taken care of for sure. Again, I really appreciate it and goes to show how much she values her reputation and to ensure customers feel appreciated and taken care of. Where to start.... Understanding I went on a holiday weekend (July 4) and didn't have an appointment. They open at 10am and no one was there at 10am. Another lady was already there waiting outside. I decided to call the number on the building that routed to the other location. I stated that there were two of us standing outside, mind you it is already after 10am at this point. The lady said she would call the owner and a few minutes later two employees show. One had car issues. Tayla was super apologetic the other one...Tayla did my pedicure but didn't have time to do my manicure so I had to come back Saturday.. Awesome pedicure!! No complaints. Returning Saturday once again the girl is late (Emma).. Manicure trash. Later on Saturday THE SAME DAY THE NAILS WERE DONE the polish on my left pinky was lifting/peeling. By Monday my right middle finger is chipping. I called on Sunday and left a voicemail since they are closed Sunday and Monday about the polish already chipping the same day I got my nails done. STILL no response or follow up. Don't recommend, trash ass service. Again, Tayla was awesome. The other one, would not recommend. Per another recent review it seems this isn't the first time her service was trash.

Brought my fiance in and booked her an appointment three days in advanced asked for the best…read moreshaping person, got Emma, the shaping was horrific, the art work was atrocious, my fiance ended up having to shape them herself after the appointment and fixed the length. She was also told that what she wanted wouldn't "look good" so Emma decided to just do whatever she wanted. Horrible place and horrible service!
