They are great at recommending products and accessories and are a useful resource for help if you're having issues with your vape. They have an extensive selection of juices and are always stocking the newest versions of vape accessories. During the pandemic, they implemented easy-to-use online ordering and free local delivery. I've used the local delivery a few times and it has always been a speedy and pleasant experience. Their prices are a bit higher than you might find at an online retailer, but getting their knowledge and helpfulness is worth the cost!

Shop is impeccably organized, clean AF, and brightly lit. Heath is great, nice to talk to, knows his products, and is always ready to suggest a product to meet your needs. Prices are reasonable, and cheaper on the tobacco and tubes I buy than some others. Love this place and hope it's around for a long time!

They are constantly out of stock on things that people would actually want to buy. Always told "come back Wednesday". Employees don't seem too awful which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The paint came off when I washed it and presumably I inhaled some of it. I called the store to let them know and see how they would try and make this right and George let me know that I could scrape the paint off, maybe I should stick to clear glass and apologized. He could have offered to replace the dome, it wasn't free. I really want to like these people. This is just beyond negligence and poor customer care.
