I spent a little more to get the warranty and I'm so happy I did! A few weeks ago I fell asleep in my necklace with my hair down, it got a kink in it when they tangled. I brought it in with the warranty and a super friendly welcoming girl helped me pick out a replacement chain. No issues honoring my warranty 2 days before it expired. I usually shop kay, amazon, silverlust, and tiff. After 2 really good experiences with this place and seeing their variety I'm adding them to my go to list.

We were both very nervous, but our piercer Brett was super patient and kind, even though it was getting late! Brett let us go at our own pace, and he was very professional and skilled at what he does! it was almost painless, and my piercing was straight & placed perfectly! When everything was all done, he went through and gave us thorough instructions, as well as answering all of our three billion questions we had! We even got a goodie bag with the necessities we needed to keep our piercings clean! Overall, I truly am grateful for everyone that works at Sacred! Came back a day later with bad swelling like I knew my body would do . Now here I am a day later it's still not long enough and it's going into my tongue on both ends and there's craters around the piercing where it's imbedding in my tongue .
