I was thrilled that they told me they would stay late to give me my 1-1/2 hr mani pedi. Now I'm coming from California , who shut down Mani peti back in oh I think mid February so these girls were up against some tough cuticles!! Not only were they accommodating they were nice Jenn was very sweet she did an amazing job probably better than what I get in California the price was about the same in California but it didn't matter it was amazing I felt great and I really needed it and again I really appreciate that she accommodated my schedule I would definitely recommend Pro Nail for anybody traveling in the states in an RV and you end up in Evanston Wyoming in a pinch for a fab mani pedi. this is where you need to go to!

i went in for a fill on work done by a previous nail tech. i asked for a french tip and they turned…read moreout all uneven which is whatever im just ocd but still frustrating. then one of them snapped off quite easily which after paying 66 dollars for a fill is not what should happen. i now have fungus under the fill as the products used are reused on all customers. the files, monomer, and drill bits. in all honestly just a very unhygenic service. the people who work there are very nice, but i am just not pleased with the outcome of my nails.

Hopefully the owners running these businesses will notice and do better, as it really isn't right to run a business so shamefully! Sadly the poor locals have no choice in Evanston, so they have to put up with all of these unethical practices! I told her that I am a cool bleached blonde. I was very specific, please no reds, yellows, orange, please no brass, please use toner. I've had my hair done since I was 15. In hindsight, I could have done a better job using boxed hair bleach from the store! What was the most disturbing is this "stylist" told me she thought someone in her family had been inappropriate with children! WHAT!? Do I need to alert the police? What kind of conversation is this!???! When she was done 4+ hours later, she had turned me a rose gold! Everyone had left the salon! We were the only 2 people there!Uhhhh!?! She also told me that my $100+ gift certificate wasn't enough and that I owed her more money! She then said I could come back and that she would fix it, and it would take another 4+ hours...!!! Are you kidding me right now! I ran for my life! I loudly BOOO at their commercial at Aspen Cinemas! Derp!

I was a long time customer, loved the nails. However, after 4 years of being a customer and always…read moretipping 20-25%, the owner got mad because I was late 2 times in a row. The only reason I was late was due to massive construction at USU (where I worked, which I warned her of), which you could not predict, and I was only 10 minutes late both times. She claims I was 15+ minutes late but I was not. In any case, she had time to do them, but refused stating she had another customer coming too soon. (She had always done my nails in slightly over an hour, she had time. And she never would've booked someone that quick after me, there wasn't time even if I was on time.) Plus, I rearranged my schedule, often last minute, for her trips and family stuff. This was 2 days before leaving for my 20th anniversary trip to Turks & Caicos, which she knew! No customer loyalty or consideration at all!
