Now I'm coming from California , who shut down Mani peti back in oh I think mid February so these girls were up against some tough cuticles!! Not only were they accommodating they were nice Jenn was very sweet she did an amazing job probably better than what I get in California the price was about the same in California but it didn't matter it was amazing I felt great and I really needed it and again I really appreciate that she accommodated my schedule I would definitely recommend Pro Nail for anybody traveling in the states in an RV and you end up in Evanston Wyoming in a pinch for a fab mani pedi. this is where you need to go to!

I was a long time customer, loved the nails. However, after 4 years of being a customer and always…read moretipping 20-25%, the owner got mad because I was late 2 times in a row. The only reason I was late was due to massive construction at USU (where I worked, which I warned her of), which you could not predict, and I was only 10 minutes late both times. She claims I was 15+ minutes late but I was not. In any case, she had time to do them, but refused stating she had another customer coming too soon. (She had always done my nails in slightly over an hour, she had time. And she never would've booked someone that quick after me, there wasn't time even if I was on time.) Plus, I rearranged my schedule, often last minute, for her trips and family stuff. This was 2 days before leaving for my 20th anniversary trip to Turks & Caicos, which she knew! No customer loyalty or consideration at all!
