My husbands truck started messing up, he thought it was the transmission, we took it up there on a Friday (last Friday 9-23-22), mechanic drove the truck and agreed with my husband that the transmission was definitely going out, we left his truck there even tho they told us the transmission would probably be on back order. The service department staff put in the claim, had the transmission the next day and had all repairs done by the following Friday 9-30-2022. We picked up the truck paid the $100 deductible and was very satisfied with the service. If I had to be a critic about anything at all the only thing would be them cleaning up after getting into and out of the truck with greasy hands, wiping off the steering wheel and door handle would have been nice. But the staff were super nice, kind and efficient. Checkout was quick no waiting. Thank you so much for a great job done well.

It was a Friday, one said they were out of town and wouldn't return until Monday. The others said no as the rig wouldn't fit in their garage. Dale said it wouldn't fit, but he can do it in the driveway. He had to run to the parts store to get the proper oil filter and enough quarts of 10w30 oil to fill it. After he was finished, he only charged us $50!!! His employee that was working that day was real good, hard worker. We struck up conversations with both Dale and his wife. He's 64 and is trying to sell his business so he and his wife can retire. Please contact him if you or someone you know may be interested.

This is a kind of place I think everyone should try and enjoy but some people wouldn't go back to because it is a bit run down and unfortunately has a few pesky flies.
