Sabrina did an AMAZING job on my wedding cake this last weekend. I got a three tier cake with 2…read moredozen cupcakes. The cupcakes were almond flavored and the cake was split up into 3 different flavors: carrot on top; chocolate in middle; champagne on bottom; and all with a raspberry filling and swiss meringue buttercream for icing... IT WAS PHENOMENAL! Everyone loved the flavors. A favorite seemed to be the champagne (don't know how to explain the flavor, you just gotta try it). I also had her do buttercream flowers that cascaded down the cake onto the cupcakes. It was soooo sooo beautiful. I couldn't stop looking at it. She truly outdid herself and beyond exceeded my expectations. She was easy to communicate with, very dependable and I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. I loved working with her and I honestly miss that cake! I will make sure to upload a picture when I get one. Thank you Sabrina for making my wedding day all the more magical.
