My crew had two drip coffees, strawberry slushie, and a blueberry and cheese danish. They have multiple carafes of drip coffee available, and I settled on the Breakfast Blend. The service was excellent, from the person who helped us with the danish, to the person who helped my kiddo decide on their drink. But the best service was to have an encounter with the coffee roaster himself. We were able to witness the original, untreated coffee beans, with their greenish hue. We could then see the vat with the roasted bean and compare. To our luck, we only had to wait 10° to see freshly roasted beans come out! Who needs any other entertainment when you can learn about where your coffee comes from and how it goes from start to finish. We actually came here for their whole bean coffee, and everything else was an unexpected bonus. We picked the Organic Guatemalan Roast, since we are creatures of habit. They ground our coffee for us, we paid, and went off on our journey a little more relaxed than when we came in. Definitely a place to stop when you're in the area.
