Robert is one of the best technicians, in any field, I've had come to my house. We've lived along the Pinellas Bayway for 32 years and have never been in need of animal control beforehand but then yesterday a strange clawing sound emerged intermittently from our chimney: some animal was stuck above the damper. We had no idea what it was. We called Wildlife Control and Robert answered, even though it was after typical work hours - but now we know Wildlife Control is open 24/7. He came to our house at 10:00pm with equipment to handle ANY animal that might be in our chimney and handled it all with us having left the room completely. He worked fast - it was a bird, a starling that had found its way in through a hole and gotten trapped. The very next day we saw a lizard - a white gecko - in our bathroom. We've seen lizards every now and then in our house for years but my mom has reached her breaking point with them - we called Robert to see if he could catch him and he came over within just a couple hours, caught him in a net and took him away. He came to our house two days in a row and did great work both times. We couldn't be more pleased! Robert gives you a time when he will arrive and sticks to it, giving you updates by text leading up to his arrival. He works fast, charges reasonably, and is incredibly nice to be around. He has a calming presence, especially useful for what may likely be a stressful situation. As a new homeowner, rats were the last thing I wanted to deal with in my new home, but that is exactly what I got! I heard scratching in my walls and the last straw was when one ran across my garage floor. I freaked out and called Wildlife Control and Robert was out the next day. This is an amazing company! Robert answered my call immediately and sent a team member to assess my situation within the same hour as my call. I own a one hundred year old house, which is difficult to close off to rats. After my neighbor cleaned out their horde of a garage my home was under siege from the furry critters. Robert and crew member Todd did a full assessment of my home and all the areas needing work. A clear cut plan was provided the same day. Traps were placed immediately and work began to close up my home that same week. Robert and his team helped me safely evict a raccoon family that was living in my soffits and they took care of a dead rat in my attic. Robert is the best ! My mom had a bat infestation problem at her home last summer 2017. Robert immediately found the points of entry and set up a tarp that prevented the bats from coming back in. He then sealed all the points of entry, replaced and cleaned all the sections damaged by the bats and treated the area with a special chemical that guarantees the bats will never come back. A raccoon ate a hole through the roof into the attic. I saw the little bugger coming out. I called Robert, who came out immediately. He inspected the house, put traps over the hole and up in the attic. He covered all holes around the house and in the attic, making several trips to check the traps.
