Some of them act odd if you question about the area. Most likely they have what I'm looking for, or I order it online from Missouri Star.....those those reviews as of lately haven't been that great. I went in there looking for fabric that had little coffee cups so I could finish a cross stitch I made. The lady behind the counter stopped what she was doing, and went to some fabric that was perfect...ofcouse, I didn't only buy a small piece of fabric...lol They carry all of Weeks Dye Works thread, other threads, and they have the entire selection of Weeks Dye Works,and probably carry aida cloth too.I didn't go over to that section. This place is uber filled. the amount of fabric is huge. There is a classroom in the back, where they have displayed some of their quilts. They have a full selection of scissors, and patterns, and batting. This is one of the larger quilt shops I've ever been in. They aren't too keen on pictures inside, so I'll be sure and get one outside next time I go.

Cabinets were not on straight and they had to be fixed. The faucet was not on tight and I had to tighten it along with someone else because they never called back or showed up to fix it. Now most of the underneath LED lights are out. Only one set is working. Meanwhile, they are no where to be found and no call back no nothing. Do not trust this company to remodel they will just take your money and leave!

While we take the smaller ones down there, they will pick them up from Lawrence, and bring them back when done. They're usually in the area every couple of weeks from what I remember. I seem to remember a time frame of three or four weeks. Elizabeth who is the owner and the person we dealt with, is extremely knowledgable about everything to do with Oriental rugs from cleaning and mending to identifying them. If something doesn't need to be done, she will tell you. While it's expensive, remember it is a specialised service and everything is done by hand. They also have beautiful rugs to buy.

I worked out at the Gym next door and wanted to get my oriental rug cleaned and repaired so decided to try this local company. At first everything was great- they made arrangements to come and get my rug (which is over 14 ft long) that was great. They said they could clean it and repair it and have it back with in three weeks...3 WEEKS! Great- except here is where it all went down hill. Elizabeth is the one I dealt with who is also the owner- well they didn't come and get the rug as arranged and I changed my whole schedule in order to meet them- ok I though things happen no biggie- but then another week went by. They once again missed the pick up. Finally Elizabeth called me and had some apology and story and came the next day. I payed over $600 to get the rug cleaned. Fine I knew it would be expensive so it was supposed to take 3 weeks to have the rug cleaned. It took 7 weeks!!!! And she had an excuse after excuse and I was getting worried that maybe something happened... Finally they dropped it off and- that's when I ordered the padding- which was supposed to come after a week. That was the first week in December. I have yet to get the padding for the rug and paid for it weeks and weeks ago. Every time I call Elizabeth has some ridiculous excuse and claims that she was just going to call me. Unbelievable. Just the worst customer service ever. Can't wait to be done with them!

Then when I came into the showroom not only were they ready to help but they answered all my questions in the best way possible, making the whole process very easy. The product placement in the showroom was laid out nicely. All the products were visible and the whole space was easily navigated. Overall the ladies were very knowledgeable and the costumer service was top notch. I will be back for my next project!

I called Neenan Company this morning regarding a replacement part for my kitchen faucet (retail…read moreprice around $150). The woman I spoke with asked me for the basic information about my faucet and proceeded to tell me that the part is likely covered under warranty so I should call Delta first. She didn't stop there... she checked to see if they had the part in case it wasn't under warranty and then went and got me the phone number for Delta to call to check on the part. I called Delta and the part was covered under warranty and is now being shipped to me. In the last 20 years I have never had somebody go above and beyond like this so I hope that I need Neenan in the future. By the way, Delta customer service was awesome too. I'm blown away!
