Our 5 storey building features 59 individual luxurious suites that range from smaller one bedroom, to one bedroom plus den and larger two bedroom units. Suites present well with bright, large living/dining room, spacious master bedroom, kitchen, ensuite bath, and laundry/storage room. Some suites have a second bedroom and bath, den, solarium, balcony or patio. Appliances included are washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher in most units) Sandhills suites are individually heated with an efficient gas fired hot water/forced air system, and each is cooled with it's own rooftop air conditioner.
