Sleep Number is a joke! We bought a Sleep Number bed after…read moreyears of trying to find a bed we could both enjoy. My wife has had several back surgeries and needs firm support. I prefer a softer bed. We got a TemperPedic right after they came out. Paid a TON of money for it, and I love it. But after 3 months her back started hurting. Back then, no returns. So after we bought a house and had an extra bedroom, we bought a new bed and went shopping for the perfect mattress. Sleep Number seemed like the answer for us. The salespeople were helpful, and assured us when we purchased the bed, that we were set. A 20 year warranty. No problems. Right. After three years, her side failed. It just wouldn't inflate. She kept her side near 100 all the time and rarely had to inflate it. I kept my side around 50 or 55, but changed it often, and would fully inflate it before we changed the sheets. If either side were to fail, I thought mine would go first. I'm also heavier than she is, by a good bit. But her side failed, so I called Sleep Number and they told me they could rep!ace her side, but the cost went up each day! Some warranty. It failed or no reason, why am I paying for it? When we took the bed apart to discover what went wrong we found out the bed consisted of two inflatable mattresses surrounded by foam strips, sitting on a plastic base!!!! No wonder they didn't want us in the bedroom while they installed it! We paid over $1000 for some cheap inflatable mattresses on a cheap plastic base! We felt like fools!!! A friend has one and loved it; has never had any issues. She's been lucky I think. Don't waste your money on these. We just bought a regular old mattress. No adjustable frame, no fancy things. Worst Banana Republic location I have ever experienced…read more Right before Christmas 2012, I received a gift from a coworker that I wanted to exchange for a different size. She had misplaced the gift receipt, but I figured I would work my customer service charm and see if they would accept it without the receipt. I got there early in the morning, about 20-25 minutes after they opened, on a Thursday, hoping to beat any last minute christmas crazies. I was not greeted by anyone. I walked to the back where the cash register is located. 3 females in their mid 20s stood at the counter talking to one another, completely ignoring me. Finally one gave another one a look and she finally said "can I help you". Wow, that took a LOT of effort. I explained to her the situation, very nicely, and asked to exchange the sweater or if I could receive a store credit, and apologized for not having the receipt. She proceeded to lift up the sweater, scrunch her nose, and say in a tone that Kim Kardashian couldnt even muster "Um, this is an outlet item". And push it back to me, like it was diseased or something. "We wont accept it here". No other help. Nothing like "there's an outlet in Lancaster" or anything else. I replied "Is there one at the lancaster outlets?" (knowing full well there was). "Probably". She answered, as if I was ruining her life with my questions. "You have seriously been so helpful", I said. And walked away. As I was walking away I heard another one of the girls say "Oh my god, she was so ridiculous". No, what is ridiculous are snotty nosed girls who think they are better than other people. Because something came from an outlet? Get over yourself. I work in customer service and I know that being kind and understanding is a way to get an issue resolved, and I was nothing but nice to them, despite their attitudes. I immediately drove to the Lancaster outlet, and the manager who helped me couldnt have been any nicer. And she actually encouraged me to contact BR customer service to report the terrible experience I had. She even wrote down the number and email address for me. I went home and wrote an email describing the terrible employees at the regular BR store but also giving a shoutout to the "lowly" outlet store. A gentleman followed up with me 24 hours later, and about 5-7 days later, I received a $30 store coupon from them. I never expected that, but it was a really nice gesture. Since then, I only shop at the regular BR in harrisburg or the outlet locations.

I had never done pre production before so I didn't know such a place existed. I was really fascinated by this place and it was really interesting considering it was in the middle of nowhere! We spent three days here and the pods are connected directly to the venue - it's very interesting how the place is set up identical to a stage. The place is well maintained and we also had the catering that they served here as well. It was prerty good in terms of hotel catering food. Thanks to the hospitality of the Rock Lititz team, we were able to have a great time here! Though it's in the middle of nowhere, it was still nice to be able to experience this kind of place! Truly a unique experience.

It means nothing to me really, that they have a sound stage business nearby that people cant/dont see because it is in a building out back with no windows. Apparently, it is for stage productions to come and "test" or build their stage prior to the show going out on the road, again, means nothing to me. The hotel was filled with "Roadies" types who worry about lights, sound and stage stuff, not really my crowd. If they had a video feed of the action in the non descript. bldg, it would have been a tad more interesting. There was no fire-pits, no outdoor heaters, no nothing really to enjoy a drink and cigar outside. There is a bldg across the parking lot with a small bar and other production related shops (Guitar tuners, etc...), but nothing worth going there for. I didn't know what what inside because the building had not signs or indications of what was in there, just a big black exterior. Zzzzzzz.... Now, the rooms, they were ok, clean and tidy - decent lobby, small hotel bar, but nothing to write home about. Outside, nothing...... They had a small pool inside slightly bigger that my hot tub, whooppeee... So, if you want to spend too much money to stay in quiant little Lancaster PA, then stay here or you want to socialize with other Roadies, then knock yourself out. It's only worth it if your Company is paying or your a Roadie wanting to network. For all us others, then better off to pick one of the many other fine establishments, save a few bucks and go about your Lancaster trip with all the other many things to do. Basically, cost was to much, for too little return for me, just saying...
