While on holiday in June this year we visited Neuschwanstein Castle and afterwards bought a jigsaw puzzle of this beautiful place to commemorate the occasion. As avid collectors of jigsaws and being used to high quality products, we were very disappointed in this jigsaw when we tried to complete it. The pieces did not interlock, many of the pieces especially the edge pieces were bent and folded over, and even the finished puzzle did not fit flat on the board. This 1000 piece puzzle was very frustrating to try and complete, and a poor piece of workmanship. I expected far better from a German product. I felt it was only fair to tell you of my disappointment in your product.
