All I get is message on their portal that says - "We have received your XXXXX. Thanks and we will contact you if additional information is needed." Then SSA sent me a document to fill out - I contacted VD and asked them how we should handle SSA request for information. VD told me to take the first shot at the document, send it to them and they would make suggestions and/or recommendation on my reply. I filled out the form and sent it to VD. Then I got an message on the portal that VD reviewed my submission and went ahead and sent it to SSA on my behalf. VD did not do what they said they were going to do. They did not add a word. Just turned it over to SSA. I am not expecting good results from SSA because VD has not communicated with me to give me any thought of projected outcomes. Communications has been one way, with the given "Yelp, thanks, we got what you sent us." Have several friends starting the process and I have shared my experience with VD and advised them "buyer beware." I have talked with several friends that submitted their own SSDI claim and they got great results by themselves and said it was an easy process - that "if [they] could do it, anyone could do it." The VA already has me at 90% within 3 months post my retirement - which I have constantly shared with VD. It feels like, VD is slow rolling my claim so there is a larger SSA backpay which will get VD a larger pay out. Fingers crossed, but not banking on good outcomes. Again, buyer beware.

Then I was scheduled for a judge e-appointment when VD informed me I was short credits and dropped me without telling me 1. how many credits 2. remedial action if any 3. why SSDI would deny me via one reason, but now I don't have enough work credits. I believe they are a "mill" so be prepared to be dropped without help or clarification.

Shortly after my accident, we met at Starbucks, and I honestly asked him if my case was even worth pursuing. He immediately put my mind at ease, explained the process clearly, and gave me the confidence to move forward. Throughout the entire litigation process, Tim was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, he always took the time to answer them and made sure I understood what to expect. He thoroughly prepared me for my deposition, which helped me feel confident and comfortable during what could have been a very stressful experience. His paralegal, Margaret, was equally wonderful. She was organized, professional, compassionate, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. One of the things I appreciated most was that Tim truly treated my case as a team effort. I always felt heard, respected, and supported from beginning to end. His integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients are evident in everything he does. Selecting Tim Daly and the entire Daly & Clemente team was one of the best decisions I made after my accident. If you're looking for an attorney you can trust--someone who is experienced, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best possible outcome--you can feel confident choosing Tim Daly. I am incredibly grateful for everything he and his team did for me.

We've never sued anyone and didn't want to sue them, but we were also heading down an expensive medical path and didn't know where to turn. We called a big TV firm but didn't like the impersonal vibes they were giving off. A friend recommended we give Tim Daly a call and we did. Tim came to our house and we liked him immediately. From that day on our problems became his problems. We've learned that big corporations talk about community and they certainly want your business, but unfortunately, the moment something goes wrong, their first move will most likely be to accuse you (the injured party) of lying and exaggerating to extort money from them. We were insulted and more determined to hold them accountable for the pain, losses and medical bills they had caused. We hired the best Orthopedic doctors in the Philadelphia region to bolt and sew my wife back together. After several surgeries and hundreds of hours of physical therapy over many months, we were starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Through all of this, Tim Daly kept a calm, logical approach, comforting and encouraging us to not take any of these litigation attacks personally. In the end, Tim was right about everything. We were able to have our day and Tim expertly convinced a team of corporate lawyers to do the right thing, even if they didn't want to. We are very happy with Tim and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel and a strong defender.
