She takes the time to get to know you and answers any questions you have. She always ensures that each visit is a great experience and that I do not leave with any doubt about our plan to maintain my health. There was one visit where I waited in the room for a little over 30 minutes, but the Medical Assistant keep checking in on me every 10 minutes to update me on the status and to offer water. The fact they kept me informed and provided a reason for the delay was satisfaction enough that the Doctor and the Medical Assistant care about me as a patient. The doctor was very apologetic when she came in, but I was not unhappy with my experience. I will continue to go here for my primary care needs.

I have found Dr. Leonards to be very easy to talk with, he is a great listener, and puts things in perspective and easily to understand. I find it extremely wonderful and soothing that his trained german shepard is always there; and on numerous ocassions has come to me when I needed help during sessions. I think so highly of Dr. Leonards, I recommended him to 2 friends suffering from chronic pain and they both agree with me on how wonderful they have been treated and are starting to understand just what having chronic pain really means. I do not know if I would still be around, if I had not been seeing him for almost 3 years. He is truely "The Man"!

He was able to treat me and make my life much, much better. I was in a lot of pain for far to many years and I was too young to have to suffer for the rest of my life with this discomfort yet didn't know where to turn. After a few years of having in office treatments and I would see results that would only last 3 or 4 months (which Dr. Gilis told me would happe) I told Dr. Gillis I was wanted to have surgery. Dr. Gillis had agreed that it was the best option at this time. I knew the benefits would be life changing and lasting. Throught the prep both himself and his staff were amazing.. I have never seen such caring and compassionate people. They truly want to make sure you are taken care of and that you feel better! Your not a number here. In a lot of medicine you have become a number and not a person but at Dr. Gillis's office they still believe in the old school way of taking care of patients. You feel like you are family there. You are never rushed and you can always get a hold of someone if you have an emergency or question. Thank you to Dr. Gillis for making the quality of my life 100 times better and thank you to his staff at his office and Inland Hospital for their passionate care and comfort. He did not focus on the side of the neck bothering me or give it much attention. He seemed to do some cranial sacral work though he did not specify why his fingers were barely touching my head. Also he claimed to get a release along my spine by using a dimes worth of pressure, something I barely felt through my two thick cotton shirts. He totally missed my two top ribs being out of place, something my massage therapist noticed two days later. I don't recommend him. He seemed to have an overinflated sense of self worth, he talked down other doctors who use the DO title. Came away feeling like I was conned out of $275.

I had my whole family assessed by Dr. Landrum. Without any expectations, the results we achieved…read morewere astonishing. For me, Dr. Landrum correctly identified a subtly misaligned bone in my left foot and aligned it without me even knowing he did so. Only when he finished did I exclaim.. I am standing different. Fixing the toe got more stability in my left foot, alleviated persistent spasms and re-engaged my left leg with more balance. It is something that (i) massage therapy, (ii) orthopedic surgeon, (iii) podiatrist, and (iv) myofacial release therapist did not identify or did not fix when I identified it. I spent over $2000 on those other doctor visits, and Dr. Landrum fixed it in maybe 5 minutes.. without me even asking him to do so! I got my left leg back - and my conviction in Mr. Landrum as a practicioner! My daughter was also evaluated for a persistent head pain in the back of her head. Other doctors could not explain it (and I imagine would suggest an MRI). Dr. Landrum resolved it in two sessions by using his gentle cranial pressure technique (which I cannot understand.. but it seems to work!).

They never did a confirmation of pregnancy when I went in specifically for that and the doctor literally terrified me by saying my body was basically going to be ripped in half, mind you, this was my first child so I was already scared! The other doctor that's there has misdiagnosed everyone in my family just about every time we've gone in. My mom had an infection for half of a year because of them. I refuse to allow them any sort of responsibility when it comes to my health and so does my entire family.
