On the second floor is all the home wear including kitchen items and cushions and towels etc. the toilets are up here too but they are usually very hot, busy and dirty. There are lifts, escalators and stairs throughout the store. There is small car park out the back but very close is Tesco where you can park for free for 2 hours.
