Three times I have taken DIY goods back to this store. And each time the replacement item broke a few days later. What adds insult to injury is the store manager the third time I took drill back he the manager almost acussed me of breaking it. When I told him I would complain to his head office he tried to change his behaviour by saying I didn't misuse the drill. On looking into most of Wilko's stock it's cheap, tacky and made in China and to be perfectly honest they're not cheap like they used to be. No staff miserable cashiers and arrogant woman manager. Went in to the store recently to buy some bird food and glue. Asked lady with short grey hair if the shop takes gift vouchers from the high street. She behaved like she was doing me a favour and behaved like she doesn't want to be there. So people my advice is dont bother and good luck looking for staff other than managers to help I saw none. read more
