We gave them a small order, was quoted a week to get our shirts embroidered, but they have been closed for weeks now. Their emergency contact just accepts the call and then immediately hangs up the call. We have driven by several times each day and they are just closed down. At least let us get our items so we can take them elsewhere so we can get them done in time. So unprofessional, a disgrace to your loyal customer base. I needed a correction on the name plate of a missionary plaque that I may have incorrectly submitted. They were very cooperative and sent me the corrected name right away and even told me how I could get the old name plate off. In full discloser, when I ordered the 5 missionary plates the website was not used friendly as far as being able to double check my order. It did not even include the name of the missionary which led to the problem. There was a charge to be able to look at my entire order, a charge that I declined. read more
