Also has great kitchen and bathroom sections, with the various rooms assembled. Good garden section. Also has Whittard coffee shop, which sells great coffee. Staff are very knowledgeable, its such a big store that it can be hard to find what you want, but they are happy to help and advise on the right product.

They also have really good seasonal departments - loads of christmas ornaments and decorations in the winter (including plenty of those annoying singing christmas characters!) and a pretty extensive garden department in the summer. And best of all, their prices are really low, so it's well worth a look if you need anything from batteries to bin bags to bedding.

It is a large store with plenty of kiosks, so although queues build up, you always get served quickly. As you walk in, the main offers are on the left & then isles are dedicated to different sections including soaps/toothpastes/gels, pet foods and accessories, homewares, stationary and DIY tools. Overall, prices at Wilkinsons are low, but you have to look out for them as sometimes they are more expensive than the supermarkets.

'The proof is in the pudding' as the saying goes and Julie's sponges are second to non! I've never tasted butter cream that is so light and fluffy and her designs are amazing. I have had a fridge-freezer from them and computer chairs, wardrobes, chest of drawers, sofas and even a bathroom cabinet. They are all friendly and helpful and eager to please. They will deliver the item for you and you can even haggle on the price from time to time. Well it's worth a try isn't it? They have a lot of really old furniture which comes from house clearances but they do sometimes have some real nice new stuff too. They have a lot of Sofas and suites and beds that must be ex-catalogue or something like that as they look brand new and they are at brand new prices. In theis time of recession we need things to be cheaper so if you are looking for a new suite or any household furniture I would try here first.
